Ahondju,
ReplyDeleteI love how short and simple this is! I found a simple PSA online about diabetes and halfway through I was disinterested. It was short enough to grasp and hold my attention but concise enough to provide all vital information. These points are so important for the laymen as often when seeking health information, if the material seems too difficult or involved, they do not finish the reading or they half read and become misinformed. Great job!
Thank you Tootie,
DeleteIt took me some time to find out words that would be understood by the majority. This activity really helped me learn how to be clear and concise, and yet send the message.
Ahondju,
ReplyDeleteAsking all those questions in such a simple manner really tied your PSA into this nice little package.I think you did a great job targeting your audience. I was interested from start to finish and I'm not who you are targeting. The fact that you were able to do it in such a concise manner is impressive! I look forward to reading more on your blog.
Thank you Dixie for your feedback. I hope this activity continues to inspire future health messages:)
DeleteAhondju,
ReplyDeleteYour PSA is very eye catching, I love the picture you selected and the way you highlighted each sentence. The length of your PSA is great you get your point across with a short, simple message and a phone number that is easy to remember. The acronym will peak the interest and get the attention of young mothers who are looking for information about the GED test.

Hi Dominique,
DeleteThank you for your feedback. I confess that it took a while before cutting down and creating the message. I was concerned that I would remove too much or have a shallow message. Thank you again!
